The desk noticed is without doubt one of the most versatile woodworking instruments. To exhibit, we made the entire components for this small field mission utilizing solely a desk noticed. Amazing!!!. Great job. It is amazing everything that can be done with few tools, wood and some glue. A question ¿traditional glue or polyurethane-based glue for this type of projects?

Awesome box. Love how it looks. I have a question. When you mortised in the hinges, did you do that for both the box edge and in the lid? I have been running into a lot of gap issues when using the hinges and i cannot figure out how to get rid of the gap in the back.

I think that you need to use a flat top/ground type of saw blade. An ATB will not give you the perfect square corners

I watched the video, downloaded the drawings and have an engineering background, but …
There seems to be some errors on the materials list (such as part 6 – center dividers cannot be 1/2" wide) Also, the Exploded View and the jig could sure use some details. But maybe it is just me <g>.
