When a Woodworker Builds a Wagon

The Store Apprentice tuned three. I assumed it could be a good suggestion to interrupt out my woodworking abilities and construct him a wagon that would be the envy of the identified and unknown universe. Observe alongside and see how I get this wagon constructed.

You are a genius mate!

Linda K says:

Didn’t feel like it. I know exactly what you mean. Didn’t feel like it till that first squeal, when the pudgy arms wave around. Then it was worth every one of those extra seconds.

Captain Barnes says:

Great build, but if the handle was longer you wouldn't have to pull it with your back twisted.

Your apprentice for sure was very happy when he received the present! And by the way nice shop, hope as soon as possible to own one and greetings from Romania.

Terminal task!

I love it mike. By the way. I had taco Tuesday at work tonight and no way of cutting a through mortise would have helped my blowout.

Jon Bauer says:

Hope you got a chance to listen to the Bleachers. But also, fun to revisit Huey Lewis and the News. My go to summer play list has some News in it.

Jon Bauer says:

Mike. You are the Man! Way to take care of your son like a Grade A dad. There is so much to this project that just makes me happy seeing another Dad care as much as I do about my own kids.

Home Stuff says:

All it takes is money and time.

Hey I'm a Maker says:

Looks like it will last a long time!

Mateus Leon says:

Happy Birthday for your little one! Mine will be 3 years old in May, 5th. Nice gift for him, but I will make a smaller one, to attach to his little tricycle. Cheers

Always enjoy my visit to "The Boardroom" 😉

DJ Nagle says:

Sloop John B…always a favorite. As are the videos. Keep up the good work. #denverstrong

Jan-Reinier Voute says:

Destroyed? Nah, it just gains patina. But do keep infernal combustion engines away from it.

jim young says:

I've got a "dump" wagon and the plastic body is close to dying. When it does I'm so going to do this. After I rebuild the steering gear.

InfinityVideoNiagara says:

Another good one!

Marek Szeremeta says:

Hey!
A piece of phenomenal work! For now – You've got the channel I enjoy most! Greetings from Poland

Sambojobo says:

When the video popped up as a suggestion, I thought "wood wagon, that is a cool idea. I'll watch it." Then I realized it was a Mike Farrington video and knew I was in for a special treat. Great build and awesome video as always. You're videos some of the best on Youtube. If you're not having to turn sponsors away daily, something is terribly wrong.

MICHAEL ROGERS says:

Tip of the Hat to you sir…Another perfect project. Inspiring to watch a MASTER at work. Love to see more about your shop. Looks like you have upgraded some dust collection.

Glenn Gronlund says:

Another quality build. Enjoy your work as a new woodworker. Quick question, when applying your "secret formula " to mdf, will it work on a bench top if I only have access to the top side?
